No urgent request fee for requests made less than 24 hours in advance

Assumptions:

Each video interpreting assignment will be billed a fifteen (15) minute minimum.
Package rates are pre-paid plans.
Video Interpreting services are billed based on scheduled minutes services are reserved or actual minutes if services are provided beyond the scheduled time.
If minutes of service exceed total pre-paid Package minutes, services will be billed at the standard per minute rate and invoiced during the next billing cycle.
Cancellation policy assessed if made within 48 hours prior to start of the assignment for scheduled time.
All cancellations received after the close of a business day (5:00 p.m. CST) shall be considered received the following business day at 8:00 a.m. CST.
Package minutes must be used within one month of origination date.
